• Maximum Occupancy: No more than 8 guests allowed. Please respect this limit for your safety and comfort.
   
• No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Feel free to smoke in the outdoor areas but please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
   
• Small Pets: Small pets may be allowed with prior approval. Please contact us before bringing your pet to ensure we can accommodate them.
   
• Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of noise levels, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM, to respect the neighborhood.
   
• Respect the Property: Please treat our home with respect and leave it in the condition you found it. Any damage to the property will result in additional charges.
   
• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 3 PM or later. Check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be arranged upon request if available.
   
• No Parties or Events: This home is intended for peaceful relaxation. No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed without prior approval.
   
• Dock & Water Safety: Please use the private dock and watercraft responsibly. Children must be supervised at all times near the water. Life jackets are strongly encouraged for all water activities.
   
• Pool Safety: Always supervise children in the pool. No diving allowed, and please clean up any messes after using the outdoor spaces.
   
• Trash & Recycling: Please separate recyclables and trash. Dispose of trash in the bins provided. Do not leave trash on the property.
   
• Parking: Please park only in designated areas. No parking on the grass or blocking driveways. There is space for a boat trailer and RV in the garage.
   
• Outdoor Fires: Only use the fire pit in the designated area and never leave it unattended. Please ensure the fire is fully extinguished before leaving.
   
• Security & Safety: For your safety, there are exterior security cameras in place. Smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit are provided.
   
• Respect Check-out Procedures: Before you leave, please wash used dishes, take out the trash, and lock all doors and windows.
   
• Noise & Disturbances: Excessive noise, disturbances, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
